SPU Ranked a “Best National University” by U.S. 网易彩票下载 & 世界报道

For the fourth year in a row, 西雅图 Pacific has been named a “Best National University” in U.S. 网易彩票下载 & 世界报道’s annual best college rankings. U.S. 网易彩票下载 defines national universities as those institutions offering a full range of undergraduate major plus master's and doctoral programs, and committed to producing groundbreaking research.

西雅图 Pacific was also named one of the top national universities for campus ethnic diversity. U.S. 网易彩票下载 describes this category as institutions where students are most likely to encounter undergraduates from racial or ethnic groups different from their own. In the 2018-19 academic year, 44% of SPU undergraduate students were from historically underrepresented groups.

SPU eligibility in the national university category is due to the growth in the institution’s graduate and doctoral programs. Some new programs include advanced degrees in business and theology, digital education leadership, reconciliation and intercultural studies, data analytics in business，和 doctoral nursing program.

The ranking also recognizes SPU’s emphasis on undergraduate research. Students work alongside faculty on important research and serve as interns at many world-renowned companies located in the 西雅图 area and around the country.
